Oppo Find X Transparent Back Showing Internal Components Spotted Online: Check Full Details

Last month, popular Chinese smartphone maker OPPO introduced its Find X flagship smartphone at an event in China. The smartphone was launched in India earlier this month. As many of you might be aware, the OPPO Find X comes with a host of features that make it a truly unique and innovative flagship product. However, Twitter user K2 Gadgets has managed to make his Find X even more impressive by getting rid of the colored sheet on the back panel of the smartphone, making it transparent.

As you can see in the images and videos above, removing the colored sheet from the curved gives you a clear view of all the components inside the smartphone. You can also see the smartphone’s motorized sliding camera mechanism in action, which happens to be one of the key highlights of the Find X. While some of you may have some concerns regarding wear, OPPO claims that it has tested the mechanism over 300,000 times for durability.

OPPO Find X: Price in India, Launch Offers

The OPPO Find X has been priced at Rs.59,990 in India and comes in a single variant. You can choose from two color options – Bordeaux Red and Glacier Blue. It will be sold online exclusively via Flipkart. Pre-orders in India will begin on the 25th of July, while sales are set to starting August 3rd onwards. As for launch offers, if you pre-order the Find X on Flipkart, you will be eligible to receive a gift card worth Rs.3,000.

OPPO Find X: Specifications, Features

The OPPO Find X boasts a large 6.42-inch Panoramic Arc Super AMOLED screen with 1080 x 2340 Full HD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Despite not having a notch at the top, the Find X has an impressive 93.8% screen-to-body ratio, higher than any other flagship smartphone released so far. Protecting the Find X’s Panoramic Arc Screen is a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

When it comes to performance, the Find X runs on an octa-core 10nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor clocked at a high 2.8 GHz with an Adreno 630 GPU. The variant launched in India is equipped with 8GB of RAM and a massive 256GB of onboard storage. There is no microSD card slot, however, so further expansion is not possible.

Moving on to optics, the Find X sports a 16MP + 20MP dual-camera setup with AI Portrait Mode and AI Scene recognition features. In terms of video, the Find X capture 4K resolution footage with a frame rate of 30 fps. For selfies and video calls, the Find X has a 25-megapixel snapper with an f/2.0 aperture and AI-powered features to make your selfies look great. The Find X comes with 3D Structured Light technology as well for 3D facial recognition, similar to the iPhone X. And just like the iPhone X, the Find X doesn’t come with a fingerprint sensor.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band, Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, NFC, USB Type-C, and 4G VoLTE. Fueling the components inside is a 3730mAh capacity battery with OPPO VOOC Flash Charge technology. In terms of software, the Find X runs on Android 8.1 Oreo-based ColorOS 5.1 out of the box.
