Target 'Black Friday' 2017 Ad Leaks: The Best Apple, Google, Samsung Deals
Black Friday 2017 is just weeks away and following the Kohl’s ad reveal last week,
But given the spree of Black Friday early deals currently available (here are links to my Black Friday 2017 coverage of: Amazon, Best Buy, Kohl’s, Microsoft, Samsung and Walmart), do they measure up amid the intense competition?
TargetTarget Black Friday 2017 sales have started...
The signs are good and I have identified seven of Target’s best Black Friday tech deals which you can purchase beginning November 23th:
- Xbox One S 500GB Console + $25 Gift Card - $189.99 (save $90) - product link
Most stores are offering Xbox One S 500GB consoles for $189.99 on Black Friday this year, but Target is also including a $25 gift card, which makes the net price $164.99. While this is one of the better Xbox One deals this year, Kohl's has the same price but is including $45 in Kohl's Cash.
- Westinghouse 55-inch 4K Smart UHD TV - $249.99 (in-store only) - product link
Last year, the cheapest price for a 55-inch HDTV was $250, and it was not even a 4K model. This year, Kohl's is offering a 55-inch 4K TV with $90 in Kohl's Cash for $299.99. While that is a great deal, Target is requiring less money initially for what is arguably a better TV. Unfortunately, this is an in-store only deal.
- Google Home Mini + $10 Target Gift Card for $29 (save $20) - product link
While the $20 off is already a solid price for the Google Home Mini, the included $10 gift card results in a net price of only $19.
- Polaroid 32-inch LED TV for $89.99 (save $40) - product link
Amazon is likely to offer a lower price for a 32-inch TV this year, but $89.99 is still a steal for a set of this size.
- GoPro HERO5 Black for $349.99 + $50 Target Gift Card (save $50) - product link
The $50 savings for the HERO5 is already solid, but the included Target gift card valued at $50 makes this a Star Deal. Factoring in the gift card, the net price is only $299.99.
- Free $250 Gift Card With Apple iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus With Activation - product link
The first real Black Friday deal for the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus comes from Target. Receive a free $250 gift card when activating an iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus. This is a similar deal to what Target and other retailers offered last year on the iPhone 7. Unfortunately, the iPhone X is not included.
- Free $300 Gift Card with Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8 Plus With Activation - product link
Like the iPhone deal, there is no direct discount on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus at Target on Black Friday this year. Regardless, the $300 Target gift card makes this a great deal if you are in the market for one of these phones.
Target Black Friday 2017 Tips
Target's REDcard is an essential accessory for any successful shopping strategy at Target on Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. With it you’ll enjoy an additional discount of 5% on every order when using your REDcard online or at your local store.
