Oppo F5 set to launch on 26 October; to come with AI recogntion technology for selfies
Oppo F5 is set to launch on 26 October. According to a post on Oppo’s Phillipines page on Facebook, the launch is set to take place in Philippines. Another teaser suggests that the phone will come with artificial intelligence technology.
In another report by the GSMArena, a teaser of the soon to be released Oppo smartphone would have an Artificial Intelligence Beauty Technology. The phone is supposed to beautify the selfies using artificial intelligence.
Accroding to GSMArena, the smartphone is supposed to come with an FHD display which is 2160X1080p.
The phone seems to be edging towards bezel-less display. As per a previous report, in a promotional event in Philippines, the smartphone was teased to come with 18:9 aspect ratio display. It also has a metal unibody construction.
Expected to come with a 6-inch display, 6 GB RAM and 64 GB of onboard storage, other features include 4,000 mAh battery along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset. The Oppo F5, according to reports is expected to come with come with a fingerprint sensor on the back side of the phone.The company has also changed the shape of the fingerprint sensor to the oval shape on the smartphone.
Other rumours suggest that the phone will come in black and red colour variants. An advertisement poster was seen in a mall in the Philippines.
Oppo has recently launched the Diwali Limited Edition of Oppo F3 in India. The device is available for order on online outlets including Amazon.The red colour limited edition Oppo F3 is priced at Rs 18,990.
Oppo F3 features 5.5-inch Full-HD display with 13 MP rear camera and dual front camera of 16 MP and 8 MP. The smartphone comes with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. The device runs on 3,200 mAh battery and comes with dual-SIM card slots with 4G support.
